Frequently Asked Questions

What if you already know the person I introduce?

Then the introduction cannot be claimed, which is exactly why you register the name before you introduce them. You get an answer immediately, before you have spent any social capital. If the person is already on our register we will tell you so and nothing more, because we owe our existing contacts the same confidentiality we owe you.

Do I need to be an estate agent, or hold a licence?

No. You are an introducer, not an agent. You do not negotiate, quote prices, show properties or represent us in any way. You put two parties in touch and our own agents do all of the work from that point.

When exactly am I paid?

Once the sale has completed before a notary and we have received our commission in cleared funds. Nothing is payable on offers, reservations or deposits, because none of those are money in anyone’s hands yet.

How am I taxed?

That depends on where you are and whether you can issue an invoice, and it is yours to manage. If you have a company or are self-employed you invoice us normally. If you are neither and the introduction is genuinely occasional, we can pay against a signed receipt with any withholding Spanish law requires. We ask for those details when a fee becomes due, not before.

What if the sale falls through?

Nothing is owed either way. There is no retainer, no fee to join and no penalty. Your registration simply stays live for its remaining period in case that buyer returns.

How long does my claim last?

12 months from the day it is registered. If the person you introduced buys through us in that window, the fee is yours.

How many people can I introduce?

Up to 5 live registrations at any one time. The limit exists so the programme stays a list of real relationships rather than a list of names.

Is there a fee to join?

No, and there never will be. We pay you, not the other way round. Anyone asking you to pay for access to property referrals is running a different kind of business.
