How it works

You introduce someone who could buy in Ibiza. We do everything else, and you take a share of the commission when the sale completes.

Apply

Tell us about the people you know. We review applications in batches and speak to everyone personally before accepting them.

Register the introduction

Before you introduce anyone, register their name in your portal. This is what protects your claim, and it is checked against our register the moment you submit it.

Make the introduction

You have 14 days to put us in touch. From there our agents handle everything: viewings, negotiation, paperwork, notary.

04

Get paid

When the sale completes and we are paid, you are paid. No sale, no fee, no obligations either way.

One completed sale

up to €50,000

Paid on completion, once the sale is signed at notary. Sales completing within 6 months are paid 20% more.
