Casa Flores is a villa for rent in a residential area near the village of Jesús, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 6.000 m2 of private Mediterranean gardens. The house is a short drive from Ibiza town and Marina Botafoch, and from the terraces you look across to the old castle of Dalt Vila, reached in under 10 minutes by car. The interior runs over two floors and is beautifully decorated, with a modern fully equipped kitchen, appliances, a laundry and a guest cloakroom. The plot is fenced and closed by a stone wall, with parking on the property. It sleeps up to 12 people.
Gardens, pool and bedrooms
The gardens are full of flowers, have their own fountains and even hide a private football pitch, which is unusual in a villa of this size. The pool side is the centre of summer life, with an outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, a sink and a fridge so nobody has to go inside all afternoon. Four of the 6 bedrooms are on the ground floor, all doubles with shower rooms. Upstairs there are two more, also with shower rooms, and the master adds a private terrace with views over Dalt Vila and the sea. The double beds measure 160 wide in almost every room.
Between Jesús and the city
Jesús is right next door with its shops and restaurants, and Ibiza town and the popular southern beaches are minutes away, so the house works well for a large group of friends or an extended family. The views take in the city and the countryside, and the property stays calm despite being so close to everything. It is offered as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence. The energy certificate is in process. It comes furnished and equipped, with air conditioning, internet and terraces, in excellent condition.
