The garden and the pool
The generous outdoor area is the real heart of the house: it holds a welcoming dining space, a barbecue area for eating in the open air and a terrace with a porch that gives shade through the strongest hours of summer. The striking infinity pool opens towards the landscape and becomes the gathering point from mid morning onwards. To one side waits a chill out area furnished with a Balinese bed and hammocks, perfect for a nap or for reading surrounded by nature. A solarium completes the sun terraces and the house has air conditioning inside.
The village and the southwest beaches
Sant Josep is one of the liveliest villages in the southwest, with its whitewashed church, its square, its restaurants and a weekly market worth the visit. From the house the beaches of this side of the island are a few minutes away, the coast of long sunsets and clear water coves. The immediate setting is countryside and hills, with parks and gardens around. The villa is offered as a seasonal holiday let, it holds a current touristic rental licence and its condition is good. The energy performance certificate is in process.
