A contemporary villa for rent in the Vista Alegre development, in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with stunning island views over the turquoise sea. One of the most singular features of the villa is its covered pool space, which incorporates a private treatment spa area and a chill out zone for relaxing away from the sun. Outside, the elegant terrace carries on the same contemporary style, with wide sun loungers beside the pool and an outdoor dining area that is perfect for entertaining friends from sunrise to sunset.
Vista Alegre and the coves
From Vista Alegre it is easy to reach some of the finest beaches in the south, among them Cala Jondal, Es Xarcu and Cala d'Hort, with the silhouette of es Vedrà on the horizon. This is one of the most coveted areas of Ibiza, quiet and watched over, with the advantage of controlled access at any hour. The villa is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
