A villa between the city and the south
This modern villa for rent stands in Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a location that is hard to better, a couple of minutes from Ibiza town and the airport. From the house you enjoy the calm of the south of the island knowing that the centre and its bustle are moments away. The four bedrooms are large and some of them have private bathrooms. The condition is excellent and the house is fitted with hot and cold air conditioning, double glazing and a fireplace.
Kitchen, pool and barbecue
The kitchen, in black and white, is big enough to cook with the whole family while everyone else has a drink at the bar, and it holds everything you need. Beside it are a pantry and a separate laundry space, along with a storage room. Outside, the pool of 4 by 11 metres is surrounded by large sun loungers, where the only decision is sun or parasol. The terrace has a long table for 8 people, ideal for lunch or dinner in the shade with glimpses of the sea. The barbecue area, with a proper built in barbecue and another good table, means eating straight off the coals.
Sant Jordi and the airport
Sant Jordi de Ses Salines is a practical, quiet part of the south, halfway between the Salinas beaches and the city. Being close to the airport makes arrivals and departures easy, and Ibiza town is a couple of minutes by car. The house has internet and a garage where the car can be left safely for the whole stay. It is offered as a holiday rental and the energy certificate is in process. It comes furnished and equipped.
