A villa above Cala Tarida
A villa for holiday rental at Sant Josep, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, on a hill in a quiet residential area, with a private pool, striking sea views and room for 10 people. The house was renovated in 2016, with high quality furniture, a real eye for detail and comfort and tasteful decoration, and it is in excellent condition today. The plot is fully enclosed and there is private parking. The energy certificate is in process.
Layout and garden
The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, among them a double bedroom separate from the main house, with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Every room has bathrobes and a hairdryer, and indoors there is integrated air conditioning, wifi, satellite television, an alarm and safes, along with a Sonos sound system that works inside and out. Outside, a lovely summer kitchen sheltered by a wooden porch is fitted with a professional barbecue, a sink, two outdoor fridges and a large table. The pool, 10 by 6 m, is ringed with sun loungers and their own pool towels, and facing it are two outdoor lounges turned towards the sea, an outdoor cloakroom and a beautiful garden. A hidden corner of the garden with two day beds, a small chill out area with sand, two loungers and a parasol, and a lawn bowling green complete the outdoor space.
The west coast and what is included
The house is close to Cala Tarida beach, 2.7 km away, and other coves on the west coast are between 5 and 15 minutes by car: Cala Molí, Cala Vadella, Cala Carbó, Cala d'Hort and Cala Conta. The village of San José, where every kind of shop can be found, is a 5 minute drive. The price includes electricity, gas, water, maintenance, the garden and the weekly change and cleaning of all the bed linen. The villa is offered as a holiday rental.
