The living room opens onto the pool terrace, so the inside carries on outdoors, and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The gardens are the centrepiece of the property: double Balinese daybeds, sun loungers, a harmonious rectangular pool, an abundance of palms, an outdoor dining area and chill out sofas where the day stretches on without you noticing.
Roca Llisa
Roca Llisa is the only golf development on Ibiza, a private and quiet residential area among the pines, a short distance from town and from the beaches of the east coast. Staying here means having the golf course next door and a well kept, discreet setting all around. The villa is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
