A villa for rent near Es Figueral beach at Sant Carles, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, with private access to the sea through a natural cave and a setting of complete privacy. The property covers a plot of 48,000 m2, of which 21,000 m2 are fenced, and it balances luxury, comfort and nature in equal measure. The main house has 350 m2 of living space over two floors and a basement, inside a gated development and behind stone walls. It is in good condition, and its elegant, modern interior design is clear from the door onwards.

Bedrooms and wellness

The villa offers 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The ground floor runs from a living and dining room of 64 m2 with a fireplace and terrace to a dining room of 29 m2, a fully equipped La Cornue kitchen and five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, among them the Blue Room, the African Chamber, the Beige Room and a children's bedroom opening straight onto the terrace. The outdoor dining room of 70 m2 carries professional burners and a pizza oven and is completed by a summer kitchen, an outdoor jacuzzi, a lounge, a bar, cloakrooms, a children's area with a trampoline, ping pong, table football and a rooftop terrace with spectacular sea views. Private access to the water runs through a cave of 25 m2 linked by an underground passage to a wooden platform, facing a private beach that can only be reached by sea, and there is water sports equipment, access to a private boat and golf buggies for touring the estate. The house works on biomass climate control, solar energy and desalinated seawater, and it has fire protection, a technical water treatment room, a gardening store, an alarm, a garage and parking. Pou d'es Lleó beach lies a short distance away, San Carlos is 10 minutes by car, Santa Eulalia 20, Ibiza town 35 and the airport 40. The stay includes daily cleaning, linen, a concierge service and wifi, along with a gardener, maintenance staff and a housekeeper, while boat rental, a chef, extra cleaning hours and a laundry service are arranged separately, and the energy certificate is in process.
