This villa is offered as a holiday rental in Jesús, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, a ten minute walk from the white sand of Talamanca beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it suits a small family or two couples, and the living space is surprisingly generous for a house of this size. It is in excellent condition, with air conditioning, an alarm and both open and covered terraces. Ibiza town is five minutes away by car, and the bars and restaurants of Marina Botafoch are closer still.
Turquoise pool and bougainvillea
The living room, dining room and kitchen are laid out open plan and make a natural space for entertaining; the dining table seats six, and you can eat indoors or out. Beside it, cream upholstery and an open fireplace create a corner that feels warm and unusually roomy for a villa this size. Outside, the gently shelving turquoise pool is made for a day on a sun lounger, surrounded by lush tropical planting, though there is always the option of pulling a wooden lounger into the shade of the sprawling pink bougainvillea. A barbecue takes care of the long evenings.
Talamanca and the town
Talamanca is one of the easiest beaches on the island, long and calm and ten minutes on foot from the door. Marina Botafoch, nearer still, holds the restaurants and the marina life, and Ibiza town is a five minute drive. It is an unusual position: you walk to the beach and you eat at the port without touching the car. The villa is let as a holiday rental and the energy certificate is in process.
