Inside and out
The living room is wide and welcoming, with exposed wooden beams, a sofa, a television and a fireplace, and its large windows connect straight to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen pairs a rustic design with the practicality a longer stay asks for. Outside, the private pool is ringed with sun loungers and generous lounging areas where the day passes in the sun without seeing anyone. Terraces and chill out corners extend the house into the garden and towards the views of the Ibizan countryside. The outdoor kitchen is complete, with a barbecue and a traditional oven, and the covered outdoor dining area lets the family eat in the cool of the evening.
The north of the island
Sant Miquel de Balansat is one of the villages with the most character in the north, surrounded by unspoiled coves, quiet beaches and local restaurants. A few minutes by car lie some of the most special corners of the island, so the house works as well for resting as for exploring. The property has a parking area and easy access, which counts for a lot when travelling with children. It is let by the week, holds a touristic rental licence and comes furnished and equipped, in good condition.
