It is in good condition, holds a touristic rental licence and is bounded by stone walls that tie it into the northern landscape. Sea views follow you from every terrace and every lounge.
Service and wellness
The villa has an infinity pool, several terraces and sitting rooms, a garden terrace and a yoga area laid out for retreats. The wellness side is exceptional: an Oriental spa of 250 m2 with a steam room and a jacuzzi, alongside a full gym. Works by local artists dress the interiors and a private chef takes care of the kitchen. A team of 24 international staff looks after the house, so nothing is ever left for a guest to arrange.
The north and the sea
Puerto de San Miguel is one of the most sheltered corners of northern Ibiza, and here the house occupies its own private island, with direct access down to the water and a mooring for the yacht. That isolated position explains the absolute privacy of the estate and the calm that settles over its 35,000 m2 of land. The property is listed as suitable for retreats, and the yoga area, the spa and the lounges make it possible to host a whole group. It is let by the week as a holiday rental, under a touristic licence, with different rates in low season and in high season.
