A villa for rent at Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia: a remarkable 19th century finca renovated in the Ibizan minimalist style, high on a hill of 24,000 m2 and with double sea views. The 900 m2 built are in excellent condition and spread 10 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms between the main house and the separate guest house. Stone walls and fenced land mark out the property, while the porch, the gardens and the garden terrace look towards the mountains, the countryside, the beach and the sea. The beach is close by, and the silence of the setting is the first thing you notice on arrival.

The finca part of the house brings together a television room, the dining room, a winter kitchen and dining room, a sitting room with a fireplace, the terrace, a second sitting room and one of the two master bedrooms. Es Cubells and the hill
