This renovated finca for rent lies in Sant Josep, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with 300 years of history behind it, a private pool and a plot of 30,000 m2 of countryside all around. The restoration has kept the original finca style, so the house holds on to its traditional Ibizan character and is today in excellent condition. What you notice first on arrival is the sheer extent of the land and the quiet that comes with it. This is a country house made to be lived in slowly, with no neighbours in sight.
