This villa for rent stands beside Salinas beach, in Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and striking views over the sea and the Salinas Natural Park. Carefully designed inside, the house sits within 14.000 m2 of pine woodland, closed by an automatic gate that gives complete privacy and quiet inside a protected natural area. From the property the sunsets are spectacular every night of the summer. The park holds the two most famous beaches on the island, Salinas and Es Cavallet, and Ibiza town is only 10 minutes away.
Bedrooms and equipment
The 5 bedrooms are large and generously proportioned: three have their own en suite bathrooms and the other two share an en suite, making 4 bathrooms in total plus a guest cloakroom. The Ses Salines Natural Park is the most protected corner of the south of the island, a mix of salt lagoons, dunes and woodland, and its beaches are the best known in Ibiza. From the house both Salinas and Es Cavallet are reached in very little time, and the city, with its port and its restaurants, is 10 minutes away. The pine forest around the villa keeps it clear of traffic and of the noise of the summer. It is offered as a holiday rental and the energy certificate is in process. The house is in good condition and comes furnished.
