An Ibizan finca for rent in the Sant Jordi de Ses Salines and Sant Francesc area, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, recently renovated and set in gardens of uncommon beauty. The house is ideally placed near the picturesque village of Sant Josep and Sa Carroca, and a short way from the well known Blue Marlin at Cala Jondal. Traditional in style, it shows immaculately restored stone masonry, wood beamed terraces and whitewashed walls, and it comes furnished and in excellent condition. The interiors are minimalist in design, in neutral colours, with traditional Ibizan touches that soften the whole.
Rooms and gardens
The finca offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, each room with its own theme and high end finishes, along with a guest house, a laundry room, a fireplace, a sauna and air conditioning. The open plan spaces are bright, with a comfortable living room and a striking modern kitchen, fully equipped, serving a dining room with panoramic views over the countryside and the garden. Outside, the fragrant and perfectly tended gardens, with their fruit trees, hold an attractive pool, a second separate children's pool and a luxurious jacuzzi. The pool terrace gathers double sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a solarium and a shaded chill out area, and to one side waits an outdoor dining space with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. There is also a tennis court and an outdoor play area for younger guests, which makes the house an easy choice for families and for retreats.
Ses Salines and Sant Josep
The position is among the most practical in the south: the Ses Salines natural park, the beaches and the village of Sant Josep are all close, and Cala Jondal is a short drive away. The plot is fenced and the property has an alarm and a safe, as well as a security guard present every day between 22:00 and 06:00 from June to September. It is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
