A villa of singular design for rent in Es Jondal, in Es Cubells, with spectacular views over Cala Jondal, the Mediterranean and the rural and coastal landscape around it. The house is modern and minimalist in style, in excellent condition, and occupies a fenced plot in one of the most desirable areas in the south of the island. On entering, a wide hall leads into the large, tastefully decorated living room, flooded with light through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that carry the full effect of the sea views inside. Every detail has been considered, with neutral, well chosen decoration throughout.
Inside and out
The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, every room luxuriously furnished and with a private or connected bathroom, and some with access to their own terrace. The modern, fully fitted kitchen extends towards the covered terrace and the outdoor dining area, or gives way to a more formal evening in the large indoor dining room, adjoining and open to the kitchen. Outside, the pool area is ringed with wide sun loungers, with a generous outdoor dining space with a barbecue and a shaded chill out corner, welcoming and comfortable, from which to properly take in the sea views. The house also has a wine cellar, background music, air conditioning, an alarm, a safe, video surveillance and parking. A few metres from the main house is a full size tennis court, ideal for anyone who travels with sport in mind or who wants to sharpen a long lost skill.
Es Jondal
Cala Jondal lies a short way off, with its beach clubs and one of the liveliest shores in the south, while open countryside spreads out around the house and keeps it well away from prying eyes. The combination of sea and country views is what sets this part of the island apart. The villa is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
