Villa Sharon
A villa for rent close to Cala Salada, in the municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany, with two pools and a jacuzzi spread over three levels and quiet sea views on the west coast. Villa Sharon is laid out over three striking floors, with an excellent standard of modern design and a condition to match. Polished cement floors and white walls give the living areas a minimalist air, and huge floor to ceiling windows flood the house with natural light. The energy certificate is in process.
Inside, and water everywhere
The villa holds 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: every room is a double with a king size bed and its own bathroom, and the master adds a private terrace. The sitting room, with two large sofas, is backed up by smaller seating corners and opens as one space onto the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the luxury of cool water appears on every level, from the jacuzzi of the rooftop master suite to the mid level infinity pool and the pool on the ground floor, where a distinctive wooden walkway runs between sun loungers and lush green planting. Beside the mid level pool there is a fine entertaining area and an outdoor dining table placed exactly right for the sunsets of a summer evening, while the sunny terraces hold a ping pong table and further chill out areas.
The west coast
The house sits near some of the most popular beaches in Ibiza, among them Cala Salada and the sunset bays of Cala Conte and Cala Tarida. The villages of San Agustín and San José are a short drive away, and the centre of Ibiza town, with its dazzling range of nightlife, is easily reached. The villa holds a touristic rental licence and is offered as a holiday rental.
