A country villa for rent in Sant Antoni de Portmany, in the heart of the island, on a plot of 4 hectares that guarantees a great deal of privacy and peace. The house measures 450 m² built, is in excellent condition and has been conceived for the Mediterranean climate, with numerous chill out areas in sun or shade, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and an open air lounge corner. A few metres away waits another chill out area facing the sunset, perfect for a cocktail as the evening falls. The interior decoration draws on natural materials such as wood and stone, mixed with furniture and fittings of the highest quality.
Layout and outdoor space
The property offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: four large suites in the main house, one of them with its own external access, and two further suites, equally generous, on the lower part of the grounds beyond the pool area. The living room, with its television area, opens onto the dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, and from the kitchen door you reach another shaded sitting area and the garden. Each bedroom has a safe and an alarm, and the house has air conditioning and ceiling fans, including one in the outdoor lounge, as well as an internet connection of 400 mb. The spectacular mosaic pool invites a swim followed by a spell in the sun or under one of the parasols, and it can be heated on request in the colder months. For families there is land enough to run around in, a basketball hoop and a table tennis table.
In the centre of the island
The village of Sant Rafel is a short drive away and holds some of the best restaurants on the island, among them Coto and El Clodenis. The central position puts Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza town and Sant Antoni within a ten minute drive, without giving up the quiet of the countryside, with stone walling and a fenced plot all around. The villa is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
