Is concierge included when I rent a villa with Las Villas Ibiza?
Every rental booking includes access to our concierge team at no extra charge for coordination. Individual services such as private chef, yacht charter or security are quoted separately based on your requirements.
Can I use the concierge service if I already own a villa in Ibiza?
Yes. Concierge is available year-round to property owners, not only rental guests, for everyday needs, seasonal arrivals, or hosting your own guests.
How far in advance should I book during peak season?
For July and August, we recommend booking yacht charters, private chefs, and restaurant access at least 4–6 weeks ahead. Airport transfers and car rental can usually be arranged on shorter notice.
Can I book a single service, like a private chef for one evening?
Absolutely. Services can be booked individually for a single event or evening, or combined into a full itinerary for your entire stay.
Is the concierge team available in English, French, and Spanish?
Yes. Our concierge team communicates fluently in all three languages, in person, by phone, and over WhatsApp.
