This century old finca house, recently renovated in the Ibizan country style, is for rent in a residential area of Santa Eulària des Riu, within walking distance of the town centre with its lovely beaches, restaurants and shopping streets. The two storey finca of 225 m2 sleeps 6 people and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with excellent panoramic views and a position that is unique in Santa Eulalia. The property, on the Mediterranean hillside, is completely fenced, covers a total surface of 250 m2 and is planted with trees and many native species such as bougainvillea and oleander. Two house terraces plus the pool terrace give space to gather, to rest or to sunbathe. You enter on the ground floor straight into a bright and comfortable living and dining room of 40 m2 with satellite television and a fireplace.
Rooms and comfort
The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, with a gas cooker and appliances. The lower floor holds 2 bedrooms, one of 20 m2 and one of 10 m2, a bathroom and a second sitting room. The upper floor is given to the master bedroom of 22 m2, with its en suite bathroom and air conditioning that cools in summer and heats in winter. The traditional Ibizan house keeps every feature of the island's typical architecture, with wooden ceilings and thick walls that hold a pleasant temperature in both summer and winter, and all the rooms are fan cooled to guarantee a good night's sleep. In the shoulder months and in winter, a marble stone heater keeps temperatures comfortable, and for evenings by the fire the living room has a closed fireplace.
Santa Eulalia and golf
The sea and the centre of Santa Eulalia are around five to eight minutes away on foot, and Ibiza town, a World Heritage site, is only 10 minutes by car. The house is very well suited to golfers, with the golf course at 8 km. The distances complete the picture: the centre of Santa Eulalia at 0.2 km, the supermarket at 0.4 km, Santa Eulalia beach at 0.6 km, the port at 1 km, the hypermarket at 2.5 km, Amante Beach Club at 6 km, Ibiza town at 12 km, Santa Gertrudis at 12 km and the airport at 21 km.
