Can Sage above the harbour
Can Sage is a traditional villa for rent at Puig d'en Valls, at the southern end of the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and spectacular views over Ibiza harbour. The house has been carefully restored and keeps its beautifully original architecture, combined with practical modern fittings and finishes. Sleeping 12, it is laid out as a main house and a guest house, which lets a large family or a group of friends spread out in comfort. Ibiza town is a few minutes away, with its dazzling range of nightlife venues and, of course, the island's many beaches. Even so, the property remains a remarkably calm escape from the busy pace of the summer.
Farmhouse interiors
The four bedrooms in the main house pair an organic colour palette with original details, in keeping with the landscape around them. The guest house adds two more double rooms with the same rustic island feeling. The reception, the living room and the kitchen show Sabina beams and traditional tiled floors, creating a cool, restful place to retreat to in the hottest hours. The generous interior spaces are well planned so that the movement from outside to inside is easy and unbroken. The result is a country house with real farmhouse character, straightforward to use and pleasant to live in.
Gardens and open land
Outside there is a great deal of entertaining space: a mirador with a barbecue, shaded pergolas, several outdoor dining areas, a charming gazebo and, of course, a magnificent pool. Each corner has its own hour, from breakfast to a long afternoon under the pergola. The villa is surrounded by large stretches of farmland, which secures uninterrupted views all the way to the majestic medieval fortress of Dalt Vila. It is offered as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process. It comes fully furnished and equipped, in excellent condition.
