About this villa
An apartment on the port
An apartment for rent in the very heart of Ibiza port, between Dalt Vila and La Marina, in the municipality of Eivissa, with a private terrace and a great deal of character. The property has been carefully looked after and stands out for its quality materials, its high ceilings and a warm, nautically inspired decoration that reflects the authentic style of the island. Despite the central position it is well soundproofed, so the inside keeps its calm even at the height of the season. It comes with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, in good condition.
The space
The large kitchen, fully fitted with appliances, opens onto a bright living and dining room with a sofa bed and direct access to a balcony. The height of the ceilings has allowed for a raised sleeping area with a double bed, reached by an elegant wooden staircase, which gives character and function to this loft style space. From inside you step straight out onto a pleasant private terrace, made for the warm and magical Ibizan nights in complete privacy. There are two air conditioning units to keep the temperature right through the summer months, and among its comforts the property also has a private pool.
La Marina and Dalt Vila
The surroundings combine shops, restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere at any hour, with the port in front and the walls of Dalt Vila rising just behind. You can do without a car for almost everything: the promenade, the shopping, dinner and Talamanca beach are all within walking distance. The apartment is let by the season, quoted as a monthly rent, and is available from May to October. The energy certificate is class D.
