Villa Equis is a premium villa for rent on the Can Pep Simó and Cap Martinet hillside, in Jesús, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, just five minutes from Marina Botafoch and from the famous clubs Lío, Pacha and Heart. It combines a classic minimalist design with first class comforts and an incomparable outlook: the magical Ibizan sunlight, the sea, the beautiful bay of Talamanca and singular sunsets are part of the daily routine here. Nothing superfluous distracts from the bay, and the eye is allowed to travel as far as the old town of Ibiza, Dalt Vila. The sea panorama is fully integrated into the open living and dining room, and when the large windows slide back the infinity pool reads as a natural extension of the lounge.

The four high quality bedrooms occupy the first two floors and sleep eight, each with a private bathroom, smart television, coloured LED lighting and a dressing room. The two master suites add freestanding bathtubs, open bathrooms and access to a private terrace for the sunset. The lift carries you and your guests up to the private 360 degree roof terrace, where the bright daylight fades slowly into dusk and the sunsets arrive with a drink from the villa's own Sky Bar. The third floor also holds a quiet office work area alongside that terrace, which rewards visitors with striking views by day and by night over the sea, Dalt Vila and the mountains of Cap Martinet. Outside, the pool invites a refreshing dip while numerous sun loungers, terraces and chill out areas invite you to stay put. Private parking, a fully equipped kitchen and a security service alarm system complete the house.
Talamanca and Ibiza town
Within easy reach are Talamanca beach, the Pacha Beach Resort Destino and some of the best restaurants on the island, among them Sa Punta, Patchwork, Ginger and Nobu. By car, Ibiza town is under five minutes away. A brilliant location combined with a view like this is a rarity even in Ibiza, and it has already made Villa Equis a temporary home for well known international names who left entirely satisfied.
