The garden is Mediterranean in character and the whole property is fenced. Parking is on the property itself, reached by a driveway with an electric gate. The ground floor holds the private quarters of the owning family: the apartment is only offered to guests while the family is away, so the terrace and the pool belong entirely to whoever is staying, undisturbed.
Jesús and around
The village of Jesús is very close, with a supermarket, a bakery and several restaurants, among them Bon Lloc, known for its tapas and its lunchtime menus, and there is something there to suit every taste. The nearest beach is Talamanca, three kilometres away, next to the Botafoc marina, from where a water taxi crosses the harbour to the old town. For golfers, the Roca Llisa course is about ten minutes away. It is let furnished, is in excellent condition and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in progress.
