Villa Abigail above the bay
This contemporary 4 bedroom villa is available as a holiday rental in Cap Martinet, in Santa Eulària des Riu, set on a hillside with panoramic views over Ibiza town and the Mediterranean stretching all the way to Formentera. Villa Abigail sits very close to Talamanca beach, with its lively café culture. The house is modern and beautifully kept, with cool greyish white interiors, marble floors and a flood of natural light coming through the floor to ceiling windows. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and its condition is excellent.
Lounges, master suite and pool
As you step in, a striking feature stone wall catches the eye and follows the staircase on every level. The first floor is open plan, with an informal seating lounge, a second lounge on the mezzanine and two dining rooms, one formal and one more relaxed, all served by the elegant contemporary kitchen, fully equipped. The master suite is resplendent, with a king size bed, a private bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage jacuzzi bath, and access to a private terrace with unmatched sea views; the other bedrooms keep the same contemporary style and the same level of specification. Outside, the wide terrace and the fabulous infinity pool are filled with contemporary sun loungers and hold a large dining table and a barbecue, an outstanding space for eating outdoors. The sunrise is best enjoyed from the terraces themselves.
Talamanca and Cap Martinet
Cap Martinet looks across the bay at Ibiza town, with Dalt Vila opposite and Formentera on the horizon, and it gathers some of the finest houses in the east of the island. Talamanca beach is close, with its beach bars and cafés, and the centre of Ibiza and the marina are minutes away. The views change entirely after dark, when the lights of the walled town come on. The villa is let by the season, it holds a touristic rental licence, an alarm and a safe, and the energy performance certificate is in process.
