Can Ivan is a wonderful minimalist villa for rent in the heart of the Ibizan countryside, on a large private plot a short distance from the modern village of Santa Gertrudis, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, with its many fashionable bars, restaurants and cafes. The central position gives easy access to all the beautiful beaches on the island and equally easy access to the centre of its decadent nightlife, Ibiza town. There are 6 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, plus a separate guest cloakroom. The architect took great care that natural light should flood the house: the large windows look out over the woodland, the garden and the pool area. Neutral tones and contemporary elegance set the tone in every room.

The large dining room and lounge give plenty of space to relax inside the villa, with elegant, spacious rooms that invite a quiet moment of reflection. The house is air conditioned and has wifi throughout, a music system and satellite television. Of the 6 bedrooms, five are doubles and one holds a double bed, and each is equally exquisite, with excellent design features and every comfort. The fully equipped kitchen brings together all the modern appliances you would expect. Effortless elegance flows from the living areas through to the sleeping areas without a single jarring note.

Outside, the garden has a large terrace, the pool and a heated outdoor shower, and a pool fence can be installed on request. The villa is surrounded by gardens and by a wood of almond and pine trees that gives it complete privacy. There is ample parking for cars, the property is fully fenced and an alarm adds further security. Santa Gertrudis is a short distance away, with Ibiza town and the beaches within reach by car.
