A restored finca to rent near Santa Gertrudis, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, standing on a plot of roughly 10,000 m2 planted with around 100 orange trees. The 450 m2 of house have been finished with unusual care: natural stone, sabina wood and ironwork made by hand and completed by the owner's family here on the island, in a register very close to that of an authentic Ibizan country hotel. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with 4 of the bedrooms en suite, and the condition is excellent. The driveway, the garden and the pool can all be lit at night.
Two wings, two moods
The house is built over two floors and divided into two living zones. The main wing gathers the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 by 2 metres, a bedroom with a double bed of 1.35 by 2 metres, a bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 by 2 metres, the sitting room, a large dining room and the kitchen. The side wing holds a bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 by 2 metres and another with two single beds. Every bedroom and the main sitting room have air conditioning that heats as well as cools, and LCD satellite television; the sitting room adds a fireplace, two seating groups and a stereo system. A separate laundry room takes the washing machine and dryer, and terraces and balconies are spread around the house.
Country living, minutes from everything
The finca sits deep in the countryside, away from the tourist noise, and yet nothing is far: Santa Gertrudis and the supermarket are 2.5 km away, Sant Llorenç 3.5 km, Benirràs beach 12 km, Ibiza town 13 km and Platja d'en Bossa 15 km. The pool, the gardens and the several terraces carry the outdoor life. It is let as a holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under touristic rental licence ET-0414-E; the energy certificate is in process.
