The property is well set up for large events: a spacious, beautifully designed courtyard and, beside it, the old barn, converted into a space for celebrations. Santa Gertrudis, with its lively bars, cafés and excellent restaurants, is a walk away. The house is let as a holiday rental, furnished and equipped, with a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process.
