The shared spaces follow the same logic, with wide, light filled rooms connecting the lounge to the dining area and the kitchen. The house holds a serene character, free of noise, resting on good materials and on the light that reaches every part of it.

The striking outdoor terrace is organised around a lovely pool surrounded by hammocks and parasols, with ample comfortable outdoor furniture and numerous private corners. There is an outdoor dining and chill out area and an open air barbecue, along with the luxury of an outdoor kitchen, perfect for entertaining. Fragrant green gardens wrap around the house and invite you to sink into the beauty of the nature in this part of the island. Stays of less than a week, where they are permitted, are subject to a supplement on the daily rate. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
