Villa Can Gertrudis is a modern holiday villa for rent in the heart of the island, close to Santa Gertrudis, in the municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu, on a property of 15,000 m2 that gives it an incredible sense of peace. The house offers 275 m2 of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, in excellent condition and furnished with exclusive pieces, conceived from beginning to end for families. Generously sized windows invite a great deal of natural light into every room. The villa is made up of two buildings connected by a patio, so each part of the house keeps its own privacy. Ibiza town, San Rafael, Santa Gertrudis and Santa Eulalia are all less than 10 minutes away by car.
Two houses, one patio
The main house is entered through the wide lounge style living room, made up of two spaces, with a large dining table and a sofa beside the fireplace. In the corner by the sofa there is a satellite LCD television with a high quality home cinema system, and the very well equipped kitchen has a large American fridge and direct access to the patio. The main house also holds two bedrooms with double beds measuring two metres by one metre eighty and a shared bathroom with shower and toilet. The adjacent house, completed in 2015, contains the large master bedroom with a double bed and en suite toilet, along with two further bedrooms and a shower room. Various chill out terraces, Balinese beds and lounge corners lend themselves to resting, to sociable gatherings or to a barbecue, and the generously proportioned patio, covered by a pergola, holds a dining table for ten to twelve people.
Garden, pool and surroundings
The wide garden and terrace are completed by an exclusive lit pool with sun loungers and parasols, joined by an open air pool, two viewpoints, a Zen meditation garden, a children's play area and a full bathroom beside the pool. Santa Gertrudis is 3 km away and San Rafael 5 km, with the supermarket at 3 km, Ibiza town at 11 km and the airport at 17 km. The cleaning service is carried out after seven days, for stays of two, three or four weeks, and the owners prefer families rather than groups of friends. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic rental licence. The energy certificate is in progress.
