Villa Gina is a spacious and privileged villa for rent in the heart of the countryside at Sant Joan de Labritja, quiet and sheltered, a short distance from the bohemian village of San Juan. It offers 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms shared between the main house, laid out over two floors, and a separate guest house, so there is space and privacy for everyone. On the ground floor the interiors open through large windows: a living room of 80 m2 that gives onto both sides of the building and a fully equipped kitchen, with every area reaching out to the beautiful gardens. Beautifully finished and magnificently equipped, the house holds an exceptionally high standard of decoration that combines traditional features with contemporary elegance without effort. Touches of colour from expertly chosen pieces, artwork and soft furnishings lift the neutral tones behind them.
Bedrooms and grounds
The ground floor holds 4 bedrooms, each with a large terrace and views over the countryside: two of them have private bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom. The master bedroom occupies the first floor, with a gleaming full bathroom with a hydromassage bath, a generous dressing room and an outdoor terrace looking over the pool and the rest of the property, and a second suite on the same floor is beautifully furnished to the same level of luxury and style. The charming guest house of 80 m2 stands beside the magnificent garden and offers two double suites and its own sitting room with a mini fridge and coffee machine, ideal for anyone after a little extra privacy. The vast private grounds hold a lovely pool, several chill out areas, an outdoor jacuzzi and a dining area with a barbecue. The Mediterranean gardens are planted with fragrant fruit trees, orange, lemon, cherry, apple and quince, along with carob trees and centenary olive trees.
San Juan and the north
The village of San Juan, bohemian and famous for the hippy market held in its square every Sunday, is a short distance from the house. Nearby lie some of the most spectacular beaches in the north, among them Portinatx, Cala Xarraca and the extraordinary Benirràs, known worldwide for its unforgettable sunsets. The let includes a continental breakfast service with a private chef and assistant, Monday to Saturday from nine until half past ten in the morning, and a cleaning service Monday to Saturday with two housekeepers for three hours, with towels changed every two days and bed linen changed once a week. Also included are the gardening service Monday to Saturday and the cleaning of the pool and jacuzzi once a week. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
