The finca was built more than 150 years ago and has recently been completely renovated in the typical Ibicencan style, restored so that the original charm was carefully kept. It offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and every room has its own style and character within a genuinely bohemian, chic atmosphere that runs right through the house. The eclectic feel is cleverly mixed with modern luxuries so that nothing is given up on either side.
Yoga shala and pool
The generous living rooms are soaked in natural light and offer plenty of quiet corners to rest in after another perfect day on the island, while the sitting and dining areas are served by a modern, well equipped kitchen with all the state of the art appliances you would expect. The main villa gathers the 6 double bedrooms, and outside there are many places to sit in the sun, along with the pool and a series of terraces with incredible views, at their best at sunrise and moonrise. The indoor yoga shala has a smooth wooden floor and is heated for spring and autumn, while in summer the practice moves out to the wooden deck. The pool terrace has a large sofa bed and outdoor dining for entertaining, and the quiet gardens keep secluded, shaded spots with comfortable furniture under the trees.
Santa Gertrudis and the centre of the island
Santa Gertrudis is one of the liveliest villages in Ibiza, known for its vibrant collection of bars and restaurants and for its international community. The position is central, so the island's beaches are all a short drive away and the centre of Ibiza town, with its dazzling choice of nightlife, is easily reached. The house is let for holiday stays rather than on a long term basis, and it holds a touristic rental licence. Its condition is excellent and the energy certificate is in process.
