Layout and equipment
On the ground floor a large sitting room opens to a fitted open kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, a five burner range with oven and grill, microwave, Nespresso machine and juicer; alongside the living areas are three bedrooms with private bathrooms, a small office and a games room. The first floor is given to the 82 m2 master bedroom, with its own bathroom, a dressing room that doubles as a study and a wide private terrace turned to the view, plus two further double bedrooms, also with private bathrooms. The glazing is generous enough that the sitting room simply continues onto the terraces. There is a sound system indoors and out, wireless internet throughout, a large flat screen television beside the fireplace in the living room, and an indoor and outdoor alarm connected to GPS Security.
Gardens and terms
The pool is salt water and infinity edged, 14 metres by 8, framed by tended Mediterranean gardens and a run of lawn with the sea and Formentera beyond. Beside it, a shaded poolside dining area with a gas barbecue seats twelve. The house welcomes children: cots, high chairs and toys can be provided, and a fence can be fitted to keep them away from the pool. It is let as a holiday rental, furnished and equipped, and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process.
