The master suite offers a large double bed, a private bathroom with bath and separate shower, a dressing room, satellite television, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace and the pool, while another bedroom has two single beds, an adjoining toilet, air conditioning and magnificent views over the natural surroundings. The lower floor holds three further bedrooms: one stands out for its elegant four poster bed, en suite bathroom, direct terrace access, sound system and air conditioning, and the other two, both doubles, also have private bathrooms, satellite television and their own way outside. The gardens are perfectly kept and open onto striking views of the Ibizan landscape. Among their most special corners are several outdoor dining areas, vineyards and fruit trees that bring a genuine Mediterranean charm. The pool area has sun loungers for relaxing in the sun and a pleasant barbecue area, ideal for dinners and gatherings outdoors, and the pool is maintained weekly to guarantee complete comfort. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic licence. The energy certificate is in progress.
