Villa Bailey is a front line villa for rent, set high on a cliff in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with direct access to a secluded beach. The position is simply unmatched, giving spectacular and uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and of the countryside and coastline around it, with Ibiza town a short drive away. Modern and completely renovated, the house is exceptionally well designed, its furniture and fittings immaculate. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, each as opulent as the last, and three further open rooms can be taken on request. One of the bedrooms is a family suite with a double bed and bunks, made for guests travelling with children.
Cinema, games and spa
The main living room is sophisticated and atmospheric, and the fully equipped kitchen is built around a central island, with a separate professional kitchen beside it designed for private chefs and catering. Built into the house are a home cinema with projector, a large indoor games room with a casino table and numerous gaming tables, and a technology equipped outdoor gym. A short path leads to a private, professional spa with a steam room, massage tables and treatment equipment. The spectacular infinity pool and the terrace cut into the cliff are the centrepiece of the grounds, framed by immaculately kept gardens, terraces of luxurious sun loungers, comfortable shaded seating and a proper outdoor dining area. The roof terrace adds several serene corners, including a shaded pavilion with a swing bench, and a pizza oven with a long rustic table completes the entertaining space.
Es Cubells and the service
Es Cubells, on the south coast, is one of the most exclusive corners of Ibiza, a run of cliffs above the sea with a secluded beach reached straight from the house, and the town is only a short drive away. The villa is let as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence. Staff look after the welcome and the transfer on arrival, and a selection of luxury cars is available to drivers aged 26 and over: two eight seat Mercedes V vans, a two seat Jaguar convertible, two three wheel Spyders and a quad. A day of boat with skipper and seabobs is included, with additional days available at a supplement. The energy certificate is in progress.
