Villa Bella and its grounds
Villa Bella is a striking property for rent in the area of Sant Jordi de ses Salines and Sant Francesc, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, set in 3,500 square metres of private land, where modern design is put at the service of comfort. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, designed and furnished to the highest level to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing stay, sleeping eight people with an additional bed on the upper level. The generous outdoor areas take in gardens and terraces with views to the mountain and the bay, with comfortable seating areas and a large pool. At the heart of the house is the central staircase, around which sit the lounge, a large indoor dining room and a further sitting room. The whole villa is air conditioned with individual room controls, and the bedrooms have blinds and blackout blinds to guarantee a good night's sleep.
Kitchen, bedrooms and basement
The kitchen is finished to a high standard and equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, a purified drinking water tap, extra large oven and ceramic hob, American style fridge freezer, Nespresso machine and Nutribullet among other things, with a small indoor table and an outdoor terrace that is ideal for breakfast in the sun. In the lounge, a comfortable L shaped sofa with chaise longue lets you escape the midday heat in front of the television or with music through the BOSE sound system, with UK Freeview television and a DVD player holding a selection of films for all ages. The master suite lies at the end of the corridor, with a queen size bed looking onto the small palm garden, a large private bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, shower cabin and washbasins on one side, and on the other a dressing room of two metres by four. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds that convert into a king if needed, with sliding door wardrobes, and share a large bathroom with bath, separate shower cabin and washbasins, while bedroom 4, on the mezzanine, offers three single beds convertible into a double, a shower bathroom, a Juliet balcony and a door onto a wide roof terrace with panoramic views of the mountain and the bay. The basement has been fitted with a pool table, a treadmill, a small selection of exercise equipment and a shower room.
Pool and gardens
The large pool, twelve metres by six, is surrounded by a wide terrace and sun loungers for every guest, with shaded seating areas for escaping the midday sun. Beside it stands the huge outdoor summer house, with a large sitting and dining area, a fridge freezer and a large charcoal barbecue, and close at hand are a poolside toilet and an outdoor shower. The grounds are entered through an electric gate and there is parking for several cars; in the garden, a small traditional Ibizan fishing boat now holds a little cactus garden. Views of the mountain and the bay follow you from the terraces and from almost every outdoor seating area. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
