Of the 6 bedrooms, two are doubles with their own en suite bathrooms, and three more have two single beds each, which makes this an ideal property for families or groups of friends. Every room is decorated to a high standard, with tasteful artwork and high quality bed linen. The generous shared areas are spread through the house and the gardens, so each group finds its own corner without treading on anyone else's.
Between San Agustín and San José
The outdoor space is the other great argument for the house: lush lawned gardens, several outdoor dining areas, large bespoke chill out areas, numerous terraces, a built in barbecue and a divine, fully lit pool. San Agustín is next door and San José a few minutes away by car, with the airport and Ibiza town just as reachable. From almost every part of the plot the sea is in view and, at the end of the day, so is the sunset this coast is known for.
