Villa Everly is a welcoming modern front line villa for rent in the gated community of Vista Alegre, in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with an incredible view of the sea. The house unfolds over three levels of seafront property and holds 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, each room with independent access to a terrace and every sight line drawn by the deep blues of the Mediterranean and of the sky. Those unmatched views and independent rooms, spread across several living and entertaining spaces, are what have made the house such a sought after tourist rental. The living room and kitchen are open plan, with a Scandinavian style wood burning stove flanked by glass walls that make the room versatile all year round.
Levels and rooms
One double bedroom occupies the upper floor, with outdoor chill out areas and a wraparound terrace. Most of daily life and entertaining happens on the ground floor, where there are four en suite bedrooms, all with their own terraces, a cinema room with surround sound, a generous bar with its cabinets and a dining table. The bedrooms are large, with provision for extra storage and private bathrooms with well equipped sanitary ware. All of them have doors that open to welcome the sea breeze without giving up privacy or independence.
Two pools above the sea
Retractable glass doors open onto the outdoor dining area and the private pool, which is child friendly, while the wide terrace, the built in seating and the retractable shade make the outdoor space as hospitable as the interiors, whether for conversation or for sitting and contemplating the endless blue. Beyond its private pool, the house forms part of a community with access to an enormous front line pool and terrace. Although that second pool is shared, all the houses it was originally built for have their own, and Villa Everly enjoys the best access to this vast kidney shaped pool perched on the cliff, with sun loungers and a shaded bar. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, furnished and equipped, under a touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
