The grounds hold a range of outdoor activities, among them an oversized draughts set, a table tennis table, a petanque court and a trampoline, as well as a large play area with climbing frames, swings and wooden playhouses, which makes this an ideal family house for every age. There is the further advantage of a luxurious, fully equipped gym. A splendid pool, a separate jacuzzi and a second family pool for children heated by solar energy are surrounded by elegant sun loungers, several terraces, soft seated chill out areas, a Balinese gazebo, a shaded outdoor dining area, a summer kitchen and a barbecue.

The house stands between Porroig and Es Cubells, in several acres of gardens that account for its calm. From the property the views open out over the sea and over the countryside of the southern side of the island, along the shoreline the island calls its golden mile. One of the most appealing qualities of Villa Klara is the spectacular terrace, where dinner under the stars with friends becomes the evening itself.
