About this villa
Es Cubells above the sea
This villa for rent stands in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, set on the hillside with spectacular sea views over Porroig, Cala Jondal and Formentera. The house holds 400 m2 of built space and 300 m2 of terraces within a fenced plot of 4,500 m2, with garden and stone walls. Every floor in the house is laid in marble, and the interiors have recently been redecorated with luxurious modern furniture. Its southeast orientation brings light through most of the day and a steady breeze in the warmest hours.
Six suites and solarium
The villa offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. Every bedroom has its own terrace with a sea view, and the three principal rooms also have wifi and a safe. Equipment includes air conditioning, satellite television and a DVD player in the living areas. Outside, the pool of 9 by 5 metres and a solarium of 170 m2 organise the day around sun and water, with the outline of Formentera always on the horizon. Parking on the property takes up to 5 cars.
