About this villa
A villa above the sea
A villa for rent in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with panoramic Mediterranean views from almost every point of the house and direct access to the sea. It is regarded as one of the most luxurious 6 bedroom villas on the island, laid out over several levels, with 850 m² built on a plot of 900 m² and an unusual amount of space for families or groups of friends. It sits inside a gated development with a concierge, alarm, video surveillance and video entryphone, a few minutes from the much sought after area of Es Cubells. The condition is excellent and the house comes elegantly furnished and finished in detail.
Inside and on the terraces
The villa offers 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: six luxuriously furnished double rooms, every one of them en suite and with a magnificent outlook, and the two master suites with an additional jacuzzi for complete relaxation. The day space brings together several sitting rooms, a dining room and a modern, fully fitted, high end kitchen, with top quality fittings and furniture throughout. Every room is designed to open to the summer through the various outdoor terraces reached directly from inside. Outside, the infinity pool ringed with sun loungers presides over a spectacular outdoor area, with wide terraces, a solarium, elegant chill out corners and an alfresco dining area for entertaining.
Es Cubells
Es Cubells is one of the most coveted spots in the south of Ibiza, a cliff above the sea where privacy and views come before everything else. The path down to the water starts from the fenced plot itself, so a swim is a few steps away and no car is needed. The villa is let for seasonal holiday stays under its touristic rental licence, and the energy certificate is in progress.
