About this villa
Villa Wendy among green fields
This 6 bedroom villa is available as a holiday rental in Es Cubells, in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, surrounded by lush green fields and very close to Porroig and the beach at Cala Jondal. Villa Wendy is a recently built rustic stone house, with a spacious open design conceived to deliver elegance in an idyllic setting. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and its condition is excellent. The plot is fenced and the surroundings, green and quiet, set the pace of the stay.
Interiors and bedrooms
All the generous living rooms have been carefully designed and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, bright and spacious, and every room keeps its charming rustic country style blended with contemporary decoration and high end modern finishes. Traditional wooden beams, present throughout the house, complement the elegant white decor perfectly. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a king size bed, a private bathroom and its own terrace; the master suite adds a bathtub of its own, and the sixth bedroom has independent access away from the main house, which gives an extra level of privacy to anyone who wants it. The villa also has a gym, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered terrace and parking within the plot.
Gardens, pool and Cala Jondal
Outside, a fabulous green palm garden holds a beautifully covered terrace around the welcoming infinity pool, with any number of fully furnished lounging spaces. The gardens are lush and beautifully maintained, offering shade and a specially designed viewpoint made for sitting and looking. For long Ibicencan lunches or dinners under the stars there is the luxurious outdoor dining area, with the turquoise water in the distance. It is an ideal house for families or groups looking for an authentic yet sophisticated rental in a secluded spot. It is offered as a seasonal holiday rental, it holds a touristic rental licence and the energy performance certificate is in process.
