The development has 24 hour security, and the private access beach at Sa Caixota is only a five minute walk away. Ibiza town is 18 minutes away and the airport 20. The house is in good condition and its energy certificate is in process.

The villa gathers 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and sleeps up to eight guests in comfort. The spaces are beautifully designed: a spacious master suite with sea views and a private bathroom, a cosy suite with its own kitchen and private chill out area, and a self-contained annexe with a private entrance and its own bathroom, perfect for anyone who wants independence. The spectacular pool, the jacuzzi and the rooftop sitting room organise the day around the water and the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped and, with the barbecue and the outdoor dining area, every meal becomes an occasion. Air conditioning, wifi, a smart TV and a sound system complete the comforts.
Es Cubells and the service
Es Cubells and the Vista Alegre development form one of the most exclusive and best protected corners of the south of the island, cliffs above the sea and discreet coves below. From the house the private access beach at Sa Caixota is a five minute walk, and both the town and the airport are close. A cleaning service is provided twice a week, with fresh towels and a change of bed linen, and further services can be arranged on request. The villa is offered as a holiday rental.
