About this villa
Can Nuri above Sa Caleta
Can Nuri is a renovated finca for rent above Sa Caleta, in Sant Jordi de Ses Salines, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and uninterrupted sea views towards Formentera and Cap des Falco. The house measures 475 m2 built on a fenced plot, with a salt water infinity pool at the centre of the day and the surrounding hills changing colour hour by hour. Kitchen and living room form a single open plan space that spills out onto wide terraces and then onto a perfectly kept lawn. It is elegantly decorated, with comfortable sofas, a handsome dining table and generous sitting rooms fitted with every modern convenience. A fireplace, central heating and air conditioning make it just as easy to use outside the summer months.
Bedrooms and sports facilities
The master suite takes the first floor, with air conditioning, an en suite bathroom and a private terrace laid in wood with a solarium where guests tend to end up doing yoga. On the ground floor are four further double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and their own bathroom: two look out from small porches with spectacular views, one adds a dressing room and a private outdoor shower, and two open straight onto the garden. The lower floor holds the laundry, a large pantry, a storeroom, one of the bedrooms and a big games room of 60 m2. The house suits anyone who trains: the gym of 40 m2 has an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a rowing machine, weights and a punchbag. Outside there is a tennis court and a padel court with night lighting, plus a petanque court, a barbecue, background music, an alarm, a safe and parking on the plot itself.
Sa Caleta and the south
Sa Caleta, with its red sand beach and its Phoenician settlement, lies just below the house, and from the terraces the view carries to Formentera and the headland of Cap des Falco. This is one of the loveliest stretches of the south of the island, open countryside above a low cliff, within the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Please note that the property is close to the airport. The villa is offered as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process. It comes fully furnished and equipped, in excellent condition.
