About this villa
Villa Belle in Es Cubells
Villa Belle is a superior villa for rent in Es Cubells, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and spectacular sea views from a perfectly secluded hillside. The house offers complete privacy and is entered on the upper floor, where a large master bedroom with a private bathroom sits alongside two further bedrooms, all with full en suite bathrooms. Below the heated pool there is an independent guest house with one bedroom and one bathroom, ideal for anyone who prefers to sleep apart from the main house. The position and the scale of the terraces make the property a natural setting for luxury holidays, weddings and events. The villa can host celebrations for more than 100 people.
Terraces, pool and garden
The heated infinity pool is framed by a large timber deck that opens onto the most striking views of the sea, Formentera and the coastline. Sun loungers and chill out beds are laid out around it, along with several terraces that each catch a different hour of the day. A charming covered dining area and a chill out corner allow long lunches in the shade, and there are play areas for children. The garden has a wild character, with beautiful olive trees and a large terrace whose dining table seats more than 20 people. The whole property is built around living outdoors, with the sea always in front of you.
Es Cubells and the south west
Es Cubells is one of the most discreet corners of the south west of Ibiza, a small village on top of a cliff, surrounded by countryside and by paths that drop down to the water. From the property the view reaches Formentera and the coastline with nothing built in the way. The area stays quiet all year, a long way in spirit from the pace of the tourist south, and yet it belongs to the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia and its beaches. The villa is offered as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process. It comes furnished and equipped, in excellent condition.
