Terraces and pool
The terraces catch sun all day long, and evening brings wonderful sunsets and light shows across the sky, with the lights of the town glowing well into the night. The pool looks out over the bay of San Antonio, and several chill out areas and quiet retreats are spread around it, so every group finds its own corner. The barbecue area anchors outdoor dinners, and the large, well tended garden wraps around the whole house. Equipment includes a security system, an electric gate, a carport, WiFi and a fireplace for winter evenings.
Letting and surroundings
Port des Torrent is a quiet cove on the west of the island, close to Cala de Bou and the bay of San Antonio, with beaches and restaurants a short distance away. The villa works particularly well for a large group of friends or an extended family, thanks to the separate apartment and the several distinct sitting areas. It is let furnished and fully equipped, as a holiday rental under its touristic licence. Condition is good and the energy certificate is currently being processed.
