Can Mole is a villa to rent within walking distance of Sant Antoni bay and the centre of Sant Antoni de Portmany, close enough to everything that a car stops being necessary. The outdoor space is generous and built for groups and families: a private pool, a dining area and, of course, a barbecue. Inside, the sitting room takes a large L shaped sofa, a television carrying UK channels and the indoor dining table.
Bedrooms and kitchen
A short hallway off the sitting room leads to the bedrooms of the main house and a large family bathroom with bath and shower. The master suite opens off the same hallway, with a king size bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with corner bath, separate shower and his and hers basins. A smaller single room opens from the living room towards the pool. Beside the pool are three further bedrooms, modern and each with its own bathroom, which gives a travelling group real independence. The kitchen is well fitted, with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.
Outside and nearby
A large porch with seating runs across the front of the villa, and behind it lies the private pool, reached by gradual steps. A wide terrace surrounds it, planted with palms and set with plenty of loungers, and there is a table tennis table as well. The outdoor kitchen is complete, with charcoal barbecue, sink and fridge, and two shaded seating areas with a large dining table for eating outdoors. Sant Antoni, with its restaurants, shops and sights, is a walk away. The villa is let as a holiday rental, furnished and equipped, with a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process.
