The south west and the let
This is one of the most coveted parts of the south west of Ibiza, between coves and woodland, with Cala Tarida a few minutes on foot and San José a short drive inland. The forest around the house works as a natural screen and gives the terraces a rare degree of privacy so close to the beach. From the roof terrace the sunset is seen whole, with nothing to interrupt it. It is let furnished and equipped, is in excellent condition and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in progress.
