Living space and gardens
The heart of the house is one large central room that gathers a clearly defined kitchen, sitting areas, the dining table and a study. The four guest suites flank it, two to each side, while the principal suite sits above everything on the first floor with a dressing room, its own bathroom and a large balcony terrace. The gardens link terrace to terrace through well stocked planting beds, paths and small courtyards. The pool is the strongest gesture of all, placed symmetrically so that it reads at its best from the house.
Countryside and terms
The villa sits at a quiet point in the middle of the island, in real countryside yet close to the places Ibiza is known for. Sant Rafel and Santa Gertrudis are both a short drive away, each with its restaurants and village life. As accommodation the house is set up for 9 adults, or for 8 adults and 2 children up to the age of 12, since the owners do not accept parties of 10 adults. The principal bedroom has an emperor bed of 190 by 190 cm, two bedrooms have beds of 180 by 190, another a bed of 160 by 190, and the last has two singles of 90 by 190 intended for children. It is let with a valid touristic rental licence.
